Jason G. Smith brings a fifth generation of leadership to Windermere Real Estate, his great, great grandfather Franklin B. Smith homesteaded in north Boise in 1863. Richard B. Smith bought the family business, “North End Realty” from his father, Franklin B. Smith II, and went on to pioneer development into the Boise foothills. Geoffrey B. Smith carried the legacy and continued to build homes and develop the Highlands neighborhood. Geoff identified a mutual vision for the communities we serve and franchised the family business with Windermere Real Estate in 1997.
